26:2K-13.Ā Provision of life support services;Ā advertisement or dissemination of information prohibited;Ā impersonation of paramedic prohibited
a. No person may advertise or disseminate information to the public that theĀ person provides advanced life support services by a mobile intensive care unitĀ unless the person is authorized to do so pursuant to section 6 of this act.
b.Ā No person may impersonate or refer to himself as a mobile intensive careĀ paramedic unless he is certified or approved therefor, as appropriate.
