26:2K-15.Ā Violations;Ā penalties
An individual who violates the provisions of this act is subject to a penalty of $200.00 for the first offense and $500.00 for each subsequent offense.Ā If the violation of this act is of a continuing nature, each day during which it continues shall constitute a separate offense for the purposes of this section.Ā The penalty shall be collected and enforced by summary proceedings underĀ "the penalty enforcement law,"Ā (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.).
