26:2K-17.Ā Rules and regulations
The commissioner shall promulgate such rules and regulations in accordance with theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act,"Ā P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) as he deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act, and the board of medical examiners and the board of nursing shall promulgate such rulesĀ and regulations as they deem necessary to carry out their functions under thisĀ act.
