26:2Q-12. Rules, regulationsĀ
Ā 12. The department, in consultation with the Department of Community Affairs,Ā shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to carry out the provisions of sections 1 through 12 of P.L.1993, c.288 (C.26:2Q-1 through C.26:2Q-12).Ā
