26:2-127. Components of community program A community based high blood pressure control program shall provide:
a. Hypertension screening;
b. Treatment referral;
c. Counseling for victims of high blood pressure as to proper diet, weightcontrol and appropriate care and treatment of the condition; and
d. Patient follow-up and evaluation of treatment methods.
