26:2-68.Ā Cleansing of utensils, receptacles, counters, etc.
At any public place at which food or drink is offered for sale or public consumption, adequate washing facilities for thoroughly cleansing utensils usedĀ in preparing or serving the same shall be provided and such utensils and theĀ counters, table tops, shelves, boxes, refrigerators and other receptacles in orĀ upon which food or drink is stored, prepared, handled, displayed or servedĀ shall be kept clean.
