26:4-117.Ā Powers and duties of temporary port health officer
A temporary port health officer shall exercise all the powers conferred upon, and perform all the duties required of, the local board of health by thisĀ article.Ā He shall wholly supersede the local board having jurisdiction of theĀ place for which he may be appointed in the exercise of such powers and theĀ performance of such duties.
