26:4-120.Ā Fees to be paid to state treasurer
All fees collected by the Perth Amboy port health officer or by his deputy,Ā under the provisions of this article, shall be paid monthly to the stateĀ treasurer.Ā Such health officer shall also give to the state treasurer a fullĀ account of all fees collected during the preceding calendar month.
