26:4-95.1.Ā Establishment and conduct of virology program;Ā objectives
The State Department of Health is hereby directed to establish and conduct aĀ virology program having as its objectives:
(a) the furnishing of services as may be necessary to establish the presenceĀ of virus diseases, and to establish epidemiological control of virus diseasesĀ as well as those services necessary to determine the effectiveness of controlĀ measures.
(b) development of improved techniques or methodologies in establishing theĀ presence of virus diseases and the control thereof.
