26:6-37.Ā  Disinterments;Ā  when allowed;Ā  permits No dead body shall be disinterred or removed from any grave, tomb or burialĀ  place within this State except by direction of a competent court of this StateĀ  for the purpose of criminal investigation or upon permit being given thereforĀ  by the local board in the locality where the body is interred or entombed.
