26:9-26.Ā  Other laws not affected Nothing in sections 26:9-13 to 26:9-25 of this title shall be construed to alter, amend, modify or repeal the provisions of article 1 of this chapterĀ  (s. 26:9-1 et seq.), or to alter, amend, modify or repeal any law conferringĀ  upon the state department or local boards of health any powers or duties in connection with the extermination of mosquitoes, but shall be construed to be supplementary thereto.
