26:9-7.  Notice to landowner to abate The local board or the county commission shall, within twenty days from the  time such notice is served, investigate the ownership, so far as ascertainable,  of the territory on which the breeding places occur, and notify the owner of  such lands, if he can be found or ascertained, in the manner provided in  section 26:3-49 of this title, to abate such breeding place.
