26:9-8.Ā Contents of notice
The notice to the landowner shall include:
a.Ā The facts contained in the communication from the director;
b.Ā A statement that any water in which mosquito larvae breed is a nuisanceĀ and subject to abatement under article 3 of chapter 3 of this title (s. 26:3-45Ā et seq.);Ā and
c.Ā An order that unless the nuisance is abated within a stated period, notĀ more than sixty days from the date of the notice, the same will be abated asĀ provided in said article 3 of chapter 3 of this title.
