27:1A-49.Ā Orders, rules and regulations;Ā continuation
This act shall not affect the orders, rules and regulations heretofore madeĀ or promulgated by the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law andĀ Public Safety relating to the functions, powers and duties which have beenĀ herein transferred to the Department of Transportation;Ā but such orders, rulesĀ and regulations shall continue with full force and effect until amended orĀ repealed pursuant to law.
