27:1A-68.Ā  Rules and regulations The commissioner is hereby authorized to make and issue such other rules andĀ  regulations in accordance with theĀ  "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968,Ā  c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) as he may deem necessary or appropriate toĀ  effectuate the purposes of this act.
