27:1B-31.Ā Act as supplemental and additional to powers conferred by other laws;Ā inconsistent acts subordinate to this act
This act shall be deemed to provide an additional, alternative and completeĀ method for the doing of the things authorized hereby and shall be deemed andĀ construed to be supplemental and additional to any powers conferred by otherĀ laws on public agencies and not in derogation of any such powers now existing,Ā provided that, insofar as the provisions of this act are inconsistent with theĀ provisions of any other law, general, special or local, now in existence orĀ hereafter (unless with specific reference to this act) adopted, the provisionsĀ of this act shall be controlling.
