27:1B-7.Ā Power to accept and use funds appropriated and paid by state The authority shall have the power to accept and use any funds appropriatedĀ and paid by the State to the authority, including, without limitation,Ā appropriations and payments from the Transportation Trust Fund AccountĀ established pursuant to the act, for the purposes for which the appropriationsĀ and payments are made.
