27:11-14.Ā State road tax not certified in certain cases
The comptroller of the treasury need not certify the state road tax to the several counties in any year so long as the revenue derived from the tax leviedĀ pursuant to chapter 39 of the title Taxation (s. 54:39-1 et seq.) shall beĀ sufficient to support the sinking fund requirements under the provisions ofĀ chapter two hundred and sixty-two of the laws of one thousand nine hundred andĀ twenty-two and chapter one hundred and eighty-one of the laws of one thousandĀ nine hundred and twenty-seven.
