27:13A-7.Ā Share of cost
The State's share of the cost of any project undertaken pursuant to the provisions of this act shall not exceed, in the case of county projects 50% andĀ in the case of municipal projects 75% of the total cost thereof, including theĀ cost of right-of-way acquisition, preliminary engineering, preparation ofĀ plans, specifications and estimates, construction supervision and inspectionĀ and the cost of construction, reconstruction or improvement as set forth in theĀ agreement between the commissioner and the county or municipality.
