27:14-1.  Annual apportionment to counties for construction and reconstruction;  county's share The commissioner shall annually apportion to each county fifty-five thousand  dollars ($55,000.00) from State Highway system funds to be used for the  construction, reconstruction, maintenance and repair of county roads and bridges.
