27:18-4.Ā  Maintenance;Ā  transfer of control to park commission After the completion of the speedway, the board of chosen freeholders shallĀ  maintain it, but may in its discretion, by resolution, transfer the title toĀ  the speedway to the park commission of the county in which it is located, inĀ  which case the park commission shall maintain the speedway and prescribe theĀ  manner in which it shall be used and maintained, or may use it for a parkway.
