27:23-34.5.Ā Power of authority over tolls unchanged10.Ā Nothing in sections 6 through 10 of P.L.1997, c.59 (C.27:23-34.1 through C.27:23-34.5) shall be construed as extending or diminishing theĀ power of the authority to establish and assess tolls on turnpike projects of the authority.
