27:25-19.Ā Applicability of Contractual Liability Act
Notwithstanding any of the provisions of theĀ "New Jersey Contractual Liability Act"Ā (N.J.S. 59:13-1 et seq.) to the contrary, contract claims and suits against the corporation shall be governed by said act.
