27:26-5.Ā Compensation of employee for travel time
An employee who participates in a ridesharing arrangement between his or herĀ place of residence and place of employment, or termini near such places, shallĀ not be entitled to compensation by his or her employer for such travel time,Ā and the wage provisions in Title 34 shall not apply during this travel period,Ā unless the employee is required to participate in the ridesharing arrangementĀ as a condition of his or her employment.
