27:5B-1.Ā Acquisition, construction, maintenance, repair or operation of projects
The State Highway Commissioner may, under contract with any Authority in theĀ State Highway Department, undertake and perform any acts in connection with theĀ acquisition, construction, reconstruction, maintenance, repair or operation ofĀ any project or projects of such Authority, at the sole expense of suchĀ Authority.
