27:5E-8.Ā Relocation, removal or disposal of junkyards;Ā acquisition of lands
Junkyards which do not conform to the requirements of this act are declaredĀ to be public nuisances.Ā The Commissioner of Transportation may apply to theĀ Superior Court, Chancery Division in the county in which said junkyards may beĀ located for an injunction to abate such nuisance.
