27:7-57.Ā Use of highway funds for roads on state property
Any moneys appropriated to the state highway department for construction andĀ maintenance of roads may be expended by it for roads on grounds under the control of the department of institutions and agencies or of the state board ofĀ education or for state parkways, or roads in state reservations, or at the state camp at Sea Girt.
