28:2-14.Ā  Transfer of property by association to United States;Ā  stock heldĀ  by state transferred to association;Ā  contractual rights and payments to cease
The Washington Association is authorized to grant and convey to the United States all its right, title and interest in and to all of its real and personalĀ  property of an historic character, located in the town of Morristown, MorrisĀ  county;Ā  and, upon a conveyance being made to the United States pursuant to theĀ  authority herein granted, the state of New Jersey relinquishes and releases toĀ  the United States all of its right, title and interest in and to any and all ofĀ  such real and personal property;Ā  and all stock at any time forfeited to theĀ  state of New Jersey shall become the property of the Washington Association andĀ  any and all stock standing in the name of the state of New Jersey on JulyĀ  fourth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three shall be transferred by theĀ  state treasurer to such association; and all contractual rights between theĀ  state of New Jersey and such association shall cease and determine, and theĀ  state shall not, in the future, be under obligation to make any payments to the trustees of such association.
