29:3-1.Ā Definitions
As used in this chapterĀ "person"Ā includes partnership and corporation; "owner"Ā means any person as herein defined owning, conducting or operating an hotel; "register"Ā orĀ "registration"Ā means the performance of the acts herein required, whereby a person becomes the owner of an hotel name.
