3B:13A-13.Ā Bond
The court may, upon appointing a conservator in order to secure the faithfulĀ performance of the duties of his office, require him to furnish bond to theĀ Superior Court in a sum and with proper conditions and sureties having dueĀ regard to the value of the estate in his charge and the extent of his authority, as the court shall approve.
