3B:13A-16.Ā Limitations on appointment of conservator
The appointment of a conservator shall not:
a.Ā Be evidence of the competency or incompetency of a conservatee; or
b.Ā Transfer title of the conservatee's real and personal property to the conservator;Ā or
c.Ā Deprive or modify any civil right of the conservatee, including but notĀ limited to civil service status and appointment or rights relating to the granting, forfeiture or denial of a license, permit, privilege or benefit pursuant to any law.
