3B:13-21.Ā Appointment of public guardian for veterans
There may be appointed in each county a person to be known asĀ "public guardian of incompetent veterans for the county of (naming county)" , who shall be appointed by the Assignment Judge of the Superior Court in the county.Ā He shall hold office for the term of 5 years from the date of his appointment and until his successor is appointed and qualified.
