3B:17-1.Ā Fiduciary filing release by ward or cestui que trust
A fiduciary need not render or settle his account if he files with the courtĀ a release or discharge from the beneficiary, ward or cestui que trust who is ofĀ full age and is mentally competent.
The release or discharge shall be executed and acknowledged as provided forĀ deeds of real estate to be recorded.
