3B:17-11.Ā Surrogate's fees
The surrogate and the Clerk of the Superior Court shall receive for filing,Ā auditing, and reporting to the court the accounts of nontestamentary trusteesĀ the same fees as are now or may hereafter be provided by law in the case ofĀ accountings by other fiduciaries.
