3B:17-9.Ā Nontestamentary trustee defined As used in this article,Ā "nontestamentary trustee"Ā means any owner of realĀ or personal property who holds title thereto subject to equitable duties toĀ deal with the property for the benefit of another or others arising from anĀ express intention to create those duties manifested in writing otherwise thanĀ by a will or other testamentary disposition of property.
