3B:22-26.Ā Direction of court as to sale
If it shall appear to the satisfaction of the court that property of which aĀ decedent died seized or possessed is subject to escheat to the State and thatĀ it is necessary to sell the property in order to pay debts of the decedent, theĀ court shall direct the personal representative of the decedent's estate to sellĀ the property or so much thereof as may be necessary for that purpose.
