3B:22-27.Ā  Estate passed by sale or conveyance A sale or conveyance of property directed to be sold by the court, as provided in N.J.S. 3B:22-26, when made by a personal representative, shall vestĀ  in the purchaser all the estate of which the decedent was seized or possessedĀ  at the time of his death.
