3B:23-17.Ā Judgment for distribution
When the account of a personal representative has been allowed by court, theĀ court may direct just distribution of the property whereof a decedent diedĀ intestate which remains in his estate after payment of all debts, expenses andĀ other charges which have been allowed and deducted as provided in chapter 5 ofĀ this title.
