3B:23-4.Ā Proposal of distribution;Ā contents;Ā time to object After the probable charges against the estate are known, the personal representative may mail or deliver a proposal for distribution to all persons who have a right to object to the proposed distribution.Ā The proposal shall notify all persons who have a right to object to the proposal of their right toĀ object and that their objection must be in writing and received by the personalĀ representative within 30 days after the mailing or delivery of the proposal. The right of any distributee to object to the proposed distribution on theĀ basis of the kind or value of asset he is to receive, if not waived earlier inĀ writing, terminates if he fails to object in writing received by the personalĀ representative within 30 days after mailing or delivery of the proposal.
