N.J.S. 3A:25-12 is saved from repeal.Ā This section provides for the mannerĀ in which the proceeds of the sale of real property sold by judgment of theĀ court and which have been invested during the lifetime of a surviving spouseĀ shall be distributed after the death of the surviving spouse.
