30:1B-17.Ā Orders, rules and regulations;Ā continuance after transfer
This act shall not affect the orders, rules and regulations heretofore madeĀ or promulgated by any department, division, bureau, board or other agency, theĀ functions, powers and duties of which have been herein assigned or transferredĀ to the Department of Corrections or to any agency designated, continued orĀ constituted hereunder;Ā but such orders, rules and regulations shall continueĀ with full force and effect until amended or repealed pursuant to law.
