30:11-16.Ā Denial, suspension or revocation of license
The State Board of Control, after serving the licensee with specific chargesĀ in writing, at least 30 days in advance of a hearing, and after hearing, mayĀ deny, revoke, or suspend any and all licenses granted under authority of thisĀ act to any person violating the provisions of this act, or the rules andĀ regulations promulgated hereunder.
