30:11-17.Ā Hearing;Ā procedure
The Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Board shall afford the licensee an opportunity for a prompt and fair hearing before deciding on the matter of suspension, revocation or denial of any license.Ā The procedure governing such hearing shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the departmentĀ adopted by The Board of Control and with the consent of the nursing homeĀ administrator's licensing board.Ā Either party may be represented by counsel ofĀ their own choosing, subpoena witnesses and compel their attendance on formsĀ furnished by the department.
