30:11-27.Ā Injunctions
The department may, in the manner provided by law maintain an action in theĀ name of the State of New Jersey for injunction against any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation, continuing to conduct, manage or operate a convalescent home or private nursing home under the supervision of anĀ administrator who is without a license, or after the suspension or revocationĀ of such license.
