30:4C-29 - Payments for maintenance
30:4C-29.Ā Payments for maintenance Subject to the provisions of section 30 hereof, payments for maintenance shall be made by the Bureau of Childrens Services.
The Bureau of Childrens Services is hereby empowered to receive from the State Treasurer and from the county treasurer of each county such sums as shallĀ be appropriated for the purposes of this act, and shall cause such sums to beĀ set up in a special account or accounts subject to disbursement by the BureauĀ of Childrens Services.
