30:4C-39.Ā Continuation of consistent provisions of prior laws;Ā effect of repeal
To the extent that this act contains provisions not inconsistent with thoseĀ of prior laws it shall be construed as a continuation of such laws. The repealĀ of the acts and statutes as provided by section thirty-eight hereof shall notĀ revive or re-establish any office, positions, functions, powers, or dutiesĀ heretofore abolished by such acts and statutes.
