The Commissioner of the Department of Institutions and Agencies shall causeĀ a copy of every rule or regulation and a certification of every consent andĀ approval issued or granted by the State Board of Control of Institutions andĀ Agencies or the Commissioner of the Department of Institutions and AgenciesĀ pursuant to the provisions of this act to be given to the Attorney General andĀ to the Deputy Attorney General assigned to the Department of Institutions andĀ Agencies.
