30:4E-3.Ā Program for use of home health care and homemaker services
The Department of Human Services, in consultation with the task force, shallĀ establish a pilot program which provides for the use of home health care andĀ homemaker services as an alternative to nursing home care and other forms ofĀ institutional care.Ā The program shall be aimed specifically at eliminatingĀ barriers which exist at the State and Federal levels that act to inhibit theĀ use of home health care and homemaker services.
