30:4-123.Ā Use of fund for traveling expenses of paroled inmates and paroleĀ officers
Any board or institution may use its petty cash fund for the payment of theĀ traveling expenses of a paroled inmate to the place of his employment, and theĀ expenses of the parole officer or other agent in traveling to and from theĀ place where any paroled inmate, who has violated his parole, may be found, inĀ order to bring about his return to the institution, as well as the payment ofĀ expenses incurred to secure the return of an escaped inmate.
