30:4-177.3.Ā Voluntary admissions;Ā application
Voluntary admissions of minor children, with or without psychosis, shall beĀ upon application of the parents or guardian of the said minor child and uponĀ the certificate of two reputable physicians indicating that such child isĀ seriously maladjusted or suffering from nervous or mental disorders requiringĀ observation, care and treatment.
